Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through AMG.

Products
AMG garments are individually made and may vary slightly in colour, shape, texture and finish. These variations are part of the character of each piece, particularly when working with existing garments.

Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in GBP and payment is made at checkout.

Made to Order
AMG garments are made to order. Production can take up to 6 weeks, excluding shipping time.

Custom Designs
Selected pieces are available through AMG – My Own Design. Custom requests are confirmed individually and may be subject to availability.

Shipping
AMG ships worldwide. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped after the production period.

Shipping rates outside the UK do not include customs duties or import taxes that may apply in the destination country. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this, so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay, as this is determined on import by customs officials.

You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged, to avoid any surprises.

AMG is not responsible for customs fees, customs delays, unclaimed parcels or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

Returns
We do not currently offer returns or refunds. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at alyssa@alyssamariegroeneveld.com and our team will get back to you.

Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text and other creative work presented by AMG remain the intellectual property of Alyssa Marie Groeneveld and may not be reproduced or used without prior permission.
